During the site visit, our roof surveyor accesses the main roofs by ladder, visually inspecting and photographing the roof and it's components for any areas of concern.

Professional PDF Reports available which include full photographic analysis of each roof area; in-depth  evaluation of the roof's current condition, noting potential future problems. Assure's survey reports are clear and easy to interpret. ​

Providing the same service as the Visual Roof Survey but with the addition of an invasive exploration of conditions below the roof surface using core sampling and  /or removal of area(s) of slate or tile.
