About Us

With almost 30 years of hands-on roofing experience,  Assure Roof Surveys was founded to offer homeowners something a little different – straightforward, honest and independent roof advice.

Over the years, we’ve seen how difficult it can be for homeowners to know who to trust when it comes to their roof. Whether you’re worried about the quality of recent roofing work, have been advised that expensive repairs are needed, or simply want to understand the condition of a roof before buying a property, getting an impartial opinion can make a huge difference.

That’s why we set up Assure Roof Surveys in 2024.

We provide a focused range of survey-only roof inspection services across Central Scotland. We don’t carry out repairs, sell roofing work or recommend contractors, so there’s no sales pitch and no incentive for us to find work that isn’t needed.

Our job is simply to inspect, photograph and explain what we find, giving you clear, practical advice to help you make informed decisions about your property.

We work with homeowners, buyers, sellers and property professionals, providing independent advice that can offer reassurance, identify genuine concerns and, in some cases, help avoid unnecessary expense.

We’re a small, family-run business and genuinely appreciate every client who chooses to work with us.

Thanks for taking the time to find out a little more about Assure. We’d be delighted to help if you have concerns about your roof or simply want some independent reassurance.
