​With over 25 years of hands-on roofing experience, we founded Assure Roof Surveys in 2024 to meet a growing need for straightforward, honest and impartial roof advice.

 

Too often we found that homeowners were being left confused about what work was really required, comparing vastly different quotes and unsure who they could trust to given clear honest advice on the condition of their roof. We wanted to change that.   

 

By offering homeowners across Central Scotland a focused range of survey-only services from highly skilled and experienced roofing professionals, we evidence our survey findings and offer practical recommendations that help you make confident property decisions. Our advice is always indecent, unbiased, reliable and based solely on what we see — nothing more, nothing less.

 

We have an established track record of working in close partnership with homeowners, buyers, sellers and property professionals, with no pressure or sales pitches — just honest  roof advice that has the potential to save you £££.
