Clear Findings and Practical Recommendations
During an Assure Pre-purchase roof survey, we carry out a close visual inspection from ladder height or other suitable access point. Where access is difficult or unsafe, we use drone technology to assess otherwise inaccessible roof areas.
The inspection covers all visible and accessible roof components, including tiles or slates, ridges, valleys, flashings, chimneys, gutters, flat roofs, skylights and roofline details, as applicable.
We assess visible defects, deterioration, sigs of previous repairs and potential water-entry points.
A visual loft or attic inspection is included where safe access is available and the owner or an authorised representative is present.

Price and scope
From £425, including the visual inspection and enhanced Professional Report.
Your quotation will reflect the property’s size, roof complexity, location and access requirements, with the price confirmed before booking.
The survey is non-invasive: roof coverings are not lifted and concealed components cannot be assessed. Drone imagery may not reveal every defect, particularly fine details on flat roofs; any need for closer access or further investigation will be explained.
This specialist roof survey complements and does not replace a Home Report or wider property survey.
Repair cost estimates and property valuations are not included.
