Survey
Our level-2 service provides a roof-level visual inspection carried out either from ladder access or using an unmanned arial device (UAV / Drone).
Using a structured 14-point roof condition framework the survey identifies visible defects, deterioration, and issues to monitor.
Included as standard is a Roof Overview Report of the findings and recommendations with photographs.

Invasive
Survey
Our level-3 service provides a hands-on roof inspection with physical access onto the roof to closely examine areas of concern.
Where needed, sections of roof covering may be lifted (and fully reinstated) to inspect the sub-deck and supporting elements.

SURVEY Report

As an add-on service to a visual or invasive survey, we can provide an expertly prepared Professional Survey Report written to withstand a high level of external scrutiny.
