A roof-level visual inspection carried out from ladder access using a structured 14-point condition check. The survey identifies visible defects, deterioration, and issues to monitor. 02.Invasive Roof Survey
A hands-on roof inspection with physical access onto the roof to closely examine areas of concern. Where needed, sections of roof covering may be lifted (and fully reinstated) to inspect the sub-deck and supporting elements. Photographs of identified issues are taken and shared with the client. An optional formal written report is available for an additional fee. Prices from £345, subject to property size and location.
03.Drone Survey
A comprehensive aerial roof inspection carried out using UAV technology by CAA-approved and fully insured operatives. The survey captures high-resolution imagery of accessible external roof areas and associated elements, allowing defects and areas of deterioration to be identified without the need for physical access. A formal written report is included as standard to support clear understanding and informed decision-making. Prices from £395 subject to property size and location.
04.Professional Report - Add on Service
A structured, professionally written report setting out the survey findings in clear, objective terms, supported by annotated photographs and imagery captured during the inspection. The report is suitable for civil, legal, and insurance purposes, providing an independent record of observed roof condition at the time of survey. The report presents factual observations and professional opinion and does not include repair specifications or cost estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.
05.Annual Health Check
Available exclusively to existing clients, this service provides a 14-point roof inspection combined with a review of previously recorded survey data. It offers a focused reassessment of roof condition, helping to track changes, confirm ongoing issues, and identify any new areas of concern since the original Roof Survey. Prices from £165 subject to size and location.
06.Post-repair Inspection
Available exclusively to existing clients, an independent post-repair inspection is carried out after works are completed to review visible workmanship, reinstatement, and the condition of repaired areas. Photographs are taken and shared with the client to provide a clear record of the outcome. This service offers independent reassurance at the time of inspection and does not constitute a warranty, guarantee or certification of repairs. Prices from £230 subject to size and location.
